Brett presents an update on the Stone Bridge abutment project and current condition along with an update on the work of the Seaside Gas Station Committee. The Tiverton side of the Stone Bridge abutment is a critical maritime resource that effectively creates Tiverton’s harbor and Grinnell’s Beach and protects maritime businesses and residences to the north. It has been actively crumbling for years while the State and DOT have dragged their feet in allowing appropriated Federal Highway funds to be funneled to the Town level to complete the project.
Discussing a large-scale mixed-use development proposal in Tiverton and the sustainability of smaller-scale commercial, industrial, and mixed-use development. As a commercial real estate consultant, Brett has direct experience with the nuance of master planned and phased real estate developments.
